The Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has issued a document urging the implementation and disbursement of official development assistance (ODA) capital and foreign preferential loans.
The disbursement of public investment, including ODA and preferential loans, is considered one of the key tasks of the Vietnamese Government to promote economic development and successfully complete socio-economic development targets in 2020.
